Now, I'm quite new to all this a understand a decent enough bit about the mod manager and how installing mods works to get by but I'm fairly in the dark as when problems such as this pop up, so would you mind explaining to me what has happened and if there is any way to fix the mod manager id rather not have to deal with manual installation it makes it a pain to uninstall mods I would have presumed that someone with 'staff' marked on their name would be a better ambassador for how people are meant to act on these forums and be more helpful. Now I don't know if you were trying to be a smart ass or not but that was how it came across and if you were your initial response was as unnecessary as it was presumptuous. I didn't assume it was a common problem, I asked if it was a common problem a question justified by the very fact that if it happened to me then its quite possible that it is happening to other people. Then if the mods are actually working ( use the method in the previous post.)
